2. Requests must be made within 30 days of your purchase date.
3. The product must not be a clearance item.
4. Price differences resulting from flash sales are not eligible for a refund.
5. If a discount code was applied to the original order, the price difference will be calculated based on the discounted price.
6. Only one price protection request per order is allowed.
How to Claim:

2. Our customer service team will verify your eligibility for a price difference refund within 1-2 business days of receiving your request.
3. If you do not qualify for the refund or if there is an error in the refund amount calculation, our customer service team will notify you by email within 2 business days. Please pay attention to checking your inbox.
4. If you are eligible for the refund, we will process it directly, and the funds will be returned to your original payment account within 3 business days.
