Your friends can receive an exclusive 5% referral discount when they use your referral coupon, and you will receive cashback or a Gift Card as the commission payout method by the end of the month following the shipment of their order.

Please note:
• Referral coupons used before June 9, 2026 provide a 5% discount on the entire eligible order.
• Referral coupons used on or after June 9, 2026 will only provide a 5% discount on eligible Snapmaker machine purchases and cannot be applied to accessories, modules, materials, spare parts, or other non-machine products.
• Commission is only issued for successfully shipped and eligible orders.

Anyone with an account on our Referral Program platform can participate. You need to click the link below to sign up and join our Referral Program in order to obtain your unique referral link. Your friends can place orders by clicking your link and using your referral coupon.

Why is my account shown as not approved after registration?

This is caused by the built-in risk control system of the Referral Program. In some cases, accounts may be temporarily flagged during the review process.

How do I share my referral link?

After logging in, visit your account dashboard to copy your unique referral link, then share it via email, social media, or messaging apps.

⚠️ Note:
• Referral links remain valid for 7 days after your friend clicks them. • Only orders placed within this 7-day window will be eligible for commsions.
• Referral tracking is based on cookies.

If my friend did not use my coupon, can I still receive commission?

Yes. Referral tracking is based on a 7-day cookie attribution window. If your friend clicks your referral link and completes a purchase within 7 days, the order will be eligible for commission even without using a coupon.

You can view all successfully attributed orders in your Referral Program dashboard.

How and when will I receive my cashback reward?

You will receive a commission based on your referral tier and your friend’s order amount. The cashback or Gift Card will be issued by the end of the month following the shipment of your friend’s order.

Reward tiers are as follows:
• Existing participants (joined before June 2, 2026): 5% cashback
• New participants (joined on or after June 2, 2026):
   - Level 1: 3% cashback
   - Level 2 (requires $5,000 in referred sales): 5% cashback (applies only to sales beyond the $5,000 threshold)

⚠️ Note: Orders placed more than 7 days after clicking the referral link are not eligible for commission.

How will I receive my cashback payout?

You can choose one of the following payout methods:
• Gift Card
• Cashback via PayPal

Please note: regardless of which payout method you choose, it will not affect the processing speed of your commission payout.

Can I change my commission payout method?

Yes, you can change your payout method at any time.

Steps:
1. Click Dashboard
2. Click “Go to Payment Settings” 3. Open Payment Settings
4. Select your preferred payment method and enter required information
5. Click “Save”

Our operations team will process payouts based on your latest selected payment method.

Is there a limit to how many times a referral coupon can be used?

There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.

However, starting from June 9, 2026, each referral coupon can only be used up to 5 times per regional store, regardless of when it was generated. Once it reaches 5 uses, it will expire.

If a coupon was already used more than 5 times before June 9, 2026 (but below the previous 20-use limit), it will still be restricted to a maximum of 5 valid uses going forward.

Can I change my referral coupon name, and will it reset usage count?

No. Changing your coupon name will not reset or affect its usage count.

By default, the coupon name is set to your registered account name. You can update it anytime in your dashboard, but the usage history and limits remain unchanged.

Can a referral discount be combined with other coupons?

No. If your friend uses your 5% referral discount, they cannot apply any other coupon codes.

Can I invite friends from other sites to participate in the Referral Program?

No. Referrals must be made within the same regional store.

If you registered on the EU store but want to refer friends who will purchase from the US store, you’ll need to create a separate referral account for the US store.

You can apply to join the Affiliate Program to earn higher commission rates based on referral performance.

Why have I not received my commission yet?

If you have not received your commission, please check the following:

1. Timing of payout
Commission is issued by the end of the month following the shipment of your referred friend’s order. Please ensure the order has already been shipped long enough to meet the payout schedule.

2. Payment method setup
Please confirm whether you have correctly set up your commission payout method in your account. Without a valid payment method, the commission cannot be processed.

3. Order eligibility statusRefund, cancelled, unpaid, or disputed orders are not eligible for commission. Please check whether the order status has been marked as rejected in your Referral Program dashboard.
