This may include your Device name/model, Device serial number and/or other Device identifier from which your device could be identified, Device activation time, Device operating system, hardware model/version, network connection, crash data and user settings (such as region and language).
- Software Information. This may include software version, software identifier, software operation logs and software settings (such as region and language).
- Usage Information. This may include your internet activity, IP addresses, interactions with our products, and browsing data collected via cookies (see our Cookie Policy for details). We may also collect printing operation data (such as control and performance logs), diagnostics, and other usage metrics.
- Fraud and Abuse Prevention Information. Data collected for verification to prevent fraud and misuse, including device trust indicators and appeal records.

Using Snapmaker Devices and Services
- Legal Basis: Necessary for contract performance and fulfilling legal obligations.
- Purpose: To provide devices and related services, we process Account Information, Contact Information, Device Information, Usage Information, and Print Information.
Technical and Customer Support

- Data with Expiration: Some data is deleted after a specific time period.
- Data Retained Until Account Deletion: Certain data is kept until your Snapmaker account is deleted, after which it will be erased or anonymized.
- Extended Retention for Limited Purposes: Some data may be retained longer, even after account deletion, for purposes like legal compliance.
Transfer to Other Countries
Due to the global nature of our business, Snapmaker shares personal data internationally with Snapmaker affiliated companies, subcontractors and partners when carrying out the data processing activities described in this Policy.
Whenever we transfer personal data internationally, we will make sure that the data transfer complies with applicable law. We also ensure the personal data benefits from an adequate level of data protection when transferring your information outside of the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland by relying on:

- Standard Contractual Clauses ("SCCs"). Data Security
We are dedicated to protecting your personal data through physical, organizational, and technical security measures. If other individuals have access to your Snapmaker Account, then they may access your personal data, controls and the service available in your account. For example, you may allow someone to use your account on a shared device. It's your responsibility to only allow individuals to use your account where you're comfortable sharing your personal data with them. Anyone else's use of your Snapmaker Account may impact your personalized settings and be included in your data records. To protect your user account and privacy, we encourage you to:
- use a strong password which you only use for your Snapmaker Account;
- never share your password with anyone else;
- limit access to your own computer and browser;
- log out each time you finish using the Snapmaker Devices and Service in a shared or public environment.
In the event of extreme circumstances leading to unauthorized data breaches, we will take legal action to protect our customers' rights and will not assume liability for any consequences arising from such data leakage.
Children's Data
Snapmaker Products and Services are not intended for children under 16 (or as specified by law in their jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you are under 16, do not provide any personal data. If we discover that we have collected personal data from a child under the age limit, we will delete it promptly.
