The challenge is open to all Snapmaker users worldwide—beginners and advanced makers alike.

All submissions must be published within the event period (Jan 1 – Mar 31, 2026).

You can submit photos or videos showcasing your Snapmaker projects, prints, tips, comparisons, modifications, or laser/CNC tips, depending on the specific challenge task. Each task lists requirements to guide your submission. Content previously submitted to other Snapmaker campaigns (e.g., Video Contest, Christmas Challenge) cannot be reused.

Yes! For the same content within the same challenge, you’re free to submit both a video and a photo. However, only one reward will be counted per work, and the system will always take the highest incentive, such as the video reward in this case.

You can post on supported platforms listed on the challenge page, such as Instagram, X, YouTube, TikTok, Reddit, the Facebook Group, Snapmaker Discord, or the Snapmaker Forum. Posting on multiple platforms is allowed, but the same content can earn a reward only once.

After publishing your content, click “Submit & Claim Reward” and fill out the form with your post link and required info. Approved submissions will receive a Gift Card via email within 10–15 business days.

Approved submissions will receive a confirmation email along with the Gift Card within 10–15 business days. If your submission doesn’t meet the requirements, our review team will contact you via community@snapmaker.com.

Manual review takes 10–15 business days. Once approved, the Gift Card will be emailed to you. If additional info is needed, our team may contact you. If you haven’t received a response after 15 business days, email info@snapmaker.com from the same email used for submission with a link to your content.

Yes. You may submit multiple entries across different challenges. Each approved submission earns its listed reward. If the same content is posted on multiple platforms, it will only be rewarded once, based on the highest applicable reward tier. Separate submission forms are required for multiple projects.

Submitted content must remain public and accessible during review. Deleting, setting it to private, or significantly altering it may result in disqualification.

Low-effort, AI-generated, plagiarized, misleading, or unverifiable content is not accepted. Content that is deleted, set to private, or reused from other Snapmaker campaigns will be disqualified. If a submission does not meet the requirements, our team will notify you via email at community@snapmaker.com within 10–15 business days.

Snapmaker Gift Cards can be used on the Snapmaker online store:
· Multiple Gift Cards can be combined in one order.
· They can be used alongside discount codes.
· Gift Cards cover products, taxes, and shipping.
Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash, not transferable, and valid for 1 year from issuance.

If rewarded, you grant Snapmaker non-exclusive, worldwide rights to feature your content on official channels (with attribution). Snapmaker will respect attribution and preserve content integrity. You retain full ownership and may publish it elsewhere.

Winners are chosen based on content quality, creativity, impact, and community engagement. One top entry per category will be announced on April 10, 2026, each receiving a $200 Snapmaker Gift Card.

To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience during the Snapmaker Creative Challenge Season, please read the following terms carefully. By participating, you acknowledge that you understand and agree to these terms.

1. Gift Card Usage & Stacking Rules
To make it convenient for users to use their rewards, Snapmaker Gift Cards can be used as follows:

Stacking & Usage
· Multiple Gift Cards can be used in a single order; no limit on quantity.
· Gift Cards can be combined with discount codes.
· Gift Card balances can cover the total order amount, including taxes and shipping.

Restrictions
· Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase other Gift Cards.
· Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred.

2. Submission Quality & Review
To maintain content quality and ensure fair rewards, all submissions will undergo manual review. Rewards may be canceled or revoked if the Snapmaker team determines the submission:

· Is low-quality, duplicate, or clearly unrelated to the challenge theme.
· Contains falsified data or engagement manipulation (e.g., bot activity).
· Uses content copied from others without permission.
· Is deleted, set to private, or otherwise inaccessible after submission.
· Involves infringement, illegal activity, or other misconduct.
· Only posts published during the event period (Jan 1, 2026 – Mar 31, 2026) are eligible.
· Posts previously submitted to other Snapmaker campaigns (e.g., Video Contest, Christmas Challenge) cannot be resubmitted to this challenge.

3. Multi-Platform Posting & Cumulative Rules

· The same content posted on multiple platforms will only be counted once for rewards. Reward amounts will be based on the highest applicable reward tier for that content.
· Each accepted submission earns the reward listed for that challenge. You can submit multiple entries during the event.
· Each user may earn up to $200 in Gift Cards each month. (The Season Spotlight prizes are not included in this limit.)

4. Originality & Copyright
By submitting content, participants confirm and agree that:

· The submitted models or content are original or legally authorized for this challenge.
· The content does not infringe any third-party copyrights, trademarks, likenesses, or other legal rights.
Snapmaker reserves the right to cancel rewards and take further action in cases of verified infringement or misconduct.

5. Content Usage AuthorizationBy receiving a reward, participants grant Snapmaker the following usage rights:

Scope of Authorization

· Non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free rights to use the content.
· Authorization takes effect from the reward issuance date and remains valid for Snapmaker’s reasonable use of the content. This includes use, display, distribution, editing, or adaptation on Snapmaker’s official website, community, social media, marketing materials, product documentation, tutorials, or other product- or brand-related contexts.

Creator Rights

· Copyright remains with the original creator.
· Snapmaker will respect attribution, preserve content integrity, and maintain clear ownership.
· This authorization does not prevent creators from publishing or using the content on other platforms.

6. Other Terms

Snapmaker reserves the right, within legal limits, to interpret and adjust these rules as necessary. Any significant updates will be announced on the activity page.
