Ⅰ. How to Earn Snapmaker Reward Points
There are many ways you can earn points through the Snapmaker Rewards program. For every $1 you spend on Snapmaker, you'll earn 1 point (snap). Customers who place orders before May 28, 2024 will receive certain points based on the purchase amount.
- Order amounts <$500, will receive 100 snaps
- $500 ≤ Order amounts <$1,500, will receive 500 snaps
- $1,500 ≤ Order amounts <$3,000, will receive 1,500 snaps
- Order amounts ≥ $3,000, will receive 3,000 snaps
*In Snapmaker Rewards Program, "snaps" represent points.
Tier and Perks
Snapmaker Rewards has three tiers through which you can earn additional benefits. Depending on how many points you have earned, it will determine which tier you are in. Once you hit your points amount for each of the tiers, you will get an entry reward and other unique perks!
- Snaps 0 - 5,000 to be eligible for Silver.
- Snaps 5,001 - 10,000 to be eligible for Gold. (Benefits: 300 points as entry reward)
- Snaps over 10,000 to be eligible for Platinum. (Benefits: 1,000 points as entry reward, A $20 monthly shipping credit voucher and customer service priority response)
Birthday Points
Make sure to enter your birthday at least a month in advance, otherwise, you'll have to wait until next year.Once you enter your birthday, you will receive 500 points on your birthday. Birthday points can only be awarded once every 365 days, so if the birthday is set to another date and falls within 365 days, the points will not be awarded until the following year. (i.e., if you earn points for your birthday on June 28, 2024, and then change it to August 28, you won't earn the points until August 28, 2026.)
Returns
Points earned for a purchase that is then the subject of a return, refund, returned check due to non-sufficient funds, or other credit will be deducted from the Member's account in an amount equal to the points earned for the original transaction, including bonus points. If Member’s point balance has been depleted before a return is made and processed, the Member’s account may go negative in points to account for the deduction of points for the returned or refunded product that earned the points.
Bonus Points Promotions
From time to time, Snapmaker may run certain bonus points promotions. Under bonus point promotions, the customers in all VIP tiers will be subject to bonus points promotions instead of their own tier earning rules.
Ⅱ. Redeeming Snapmaker Rewards Points
General
Member can Redeem your points at checkout, provided a Member is using a minimum of 500 points. A Member may redeem up to 3,000 points in a single online purchase. Points may only be redeemed on the purchasing of products or service and cannot be used towards sales tax, shipping and handling charges. Any remaining points can be redeemed in a future purchase. All you need to do is make sure you have created an account and are logged in. Remember that redeeming points for a discount is not combinable with any other discount. If a Member redeems points towards the purchase of a product and pays a portion of the retail price after the points redemption, the Member will receive bonus points on the leftover retail amount paid by the Member. If a Member redeems points towards the purchase of a product in an amount equal to the full price of the bonus point product, the Member will not earn any bonus points.
Coupons
Members can redeem their points for the following rewards (all rewards can be found in the "Snappy Club" dashboard on the online website, and the specific rewards available are based on the member's current points balance):
- 500 points = $5 coupon (For orders over $20)
- 1,000 points = $10 coupon (For orders over $30)
- 1,500 points = $15 coupon (For orders over $40)
- 2,000 points = $20 postage coupon
- 2,500 points = Free Materials (Determined by Snapmaker Online store, cannot be specified)
- 3,000 points = $30 coupon (For orders over $100)
The redeemed coupon is valid for one year. Snapmaker Points are not redeemable for cash and not transferable, sold, resold or bartered, cannot be used outside of the Official Snapmaker Online Store and only be redeemed at the same store they were earned at. Snapmaker is not responsible if a member's account is compromised and points are used or redeemed.
Points Expiry
Points are valid for one year and all unredeemed points will expire on a rolling basis based on the latest time points were earned. (i.e., You earned 100 points on April 1 and May 8, 2024 respectively, then your 100+100 points will expire on May 8, 2025.)
Ⅲ. General
Members log in and click the gift icon in the bottom right of the website to view their points balance, progress toward becoming a Gold or Platinum member, transaction history, and available rewards on the "Snappy Club" dashboard.
Member Cancellation
Members may cancel their Snapmaker Membership at any time by contacting Snapmaker Services at info@snapmaker.com. Upon cancellation, any unused points accrued in the Member's account will be forfeited and cannot be redeemed.
Agreement
By joining the Snapmaker Rewards Program, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth in these Program rules. Except where prohibited by law, Snapmaker reserves the right to cancel, modify, or restrict Snapmaker Rewards or any aspect of the Program, including, without limitation, the point conversion ratio and the point expiration policy at any time. Any changes can be made without advance notice. Snapmaker may make these changes even though such changes may affect the Member's ability to use points already accumulated. The latest Terms can be found on the Snapmaker Online Store website. Members are responsible for remaining knowledgeable about the Program Terms and Conditions. The transfer and sale of points is prohibited and will result in the confiscation or cancellation of such Member's points as well as suspension or termination of your membership, which in each case shall be final and conclusive. Snapmaker may revoke any Member's membership without notice in Snapmaker Rewards at any time if such Member engages in abuse of the Program or fails to follow the terms and conditions of the Program. Fraud or abuse relating to the accrual of points or redemption of rewards may result in revocation of membership in the Program and may affect a Member's eligibility for participation in any other Snapmaker program.
